WeareseekinganexperiencedSeniorWorkdayAdaptivePlanningConsultant(6+years)toleadend-to-endplanningsolutions,driveprocessenhancements,andpartnerwithseniorstakeholdersacrossFinance,HR,and Operations.ThisrolerequiresdeepexpertiseinAdaptivemodelbuilding,planningframeworks,and

crossfunctionalcollaboration.

KeyResponsibilities

Leaddesign,implementation,andoptimizationofWorkdayAdaptivePlanningmodels(Workforce,

Financial,CapEx,OperationalPlanning).

Buildcomplexmodels,dashboards,cubes,rules,andreportingstructures.

WorkcloselywithFinanceleadershiptoimproveforecasting,budgeting,andplanningprocesses.

ManageandenhanceintegrationsbetweenWorkdayHCM/FinancialsandAdaptivePlanning.

Ensuredataaccuracy,troubleshootsystemissues,andprovideexpertguidanceduringplanningcycles.

Mentorjuniorteammembersandsupportstakeholdertraining.

Requirements

6+yearsofhandsonexperiencewithWorkdayAdaptivePlanning.

StrongexpertiseinFP&Aprocesses,financialmodelling,andadvancedplanninglogic.

Provenexperiencedesigningcomplexplanningmodelsandmanaginglargedatasets.

Strongstakeholdermanagementandcommunicationskills.

Proficiencyinreporting,dashboarding,andscenariomodelling.

Preferred

WorkdayAdaptivePlanningCertification.

Experienceinmultientityorglobalplanningenvironments.

Familiaritywithscripting,automation,oradvancedreportingtools(nicetohave).

CTC : 22 to 25 Lakhs
