• Manage and troubleshoot Windows server issues (performance, reboots, hangs, patching)
• Monitor server health and handle P1/escalated incidents
• Manage Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, replication) across domains
• Perform IAM operations and automation using PowerShell
• Manage file servers, access permissions, and backups
• Troubleshoot DNS and support SQL databases at a functional level
• Coordinate with application teams, network teams, vendors, and MSPs
• Handle incidents, service requests, alerts, and change requests
• Ensure security compliance, monitoring scores, and audits
• Provide on-call support for critical issues
