Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end planning, design, and execution of luxury weddings and high-scale events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, style, and preferences to curate personalized experiences.
- Supervise and guide the planning team, interns, and on-ground coordinators throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and checklists ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
- Manage vendor relationships including dcor, hospitality, F&B, production, entertainment, and logistics.
- Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and coordination sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure flawless execution during events, managing real-time problem-solving and guest experience.
- Oversee documentation, reports, and post-event debriefs to evaluate project performance.
- Maintain brand standards, client confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in wedding planning or luxury event management.
- Proven track record of handling premium destinations and large-scale weddings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel across India and internationally for projects.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Luxury Brand Management, or related field preferred.
