Job Overview

We are looking for a Web Developer with strong UI/UX expertise in HTML and CSS, and solid working knowledge of Drupal, JavaScript, to build, structure, and scale Jade Globals digital web assets and properties. While the primary focus will be Jade Globals website, this role will also support a broader ecosystem of marketing sites, campaign microsites, event pages, landing pages, employer branding pages, and internal web assets. This role is critical to ensuring that Jades web properties are well-structured on the backend, scalable for growth, and optimized for performance, SEO, and conversion, especially across large, enterprise IT services use cases.

Roles and Responsibilities

Core Frontend Development

• Develop clean, scalable, and responsive UI using HTML and CSS as primary technologies
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and pixel-perfect implementation across web assets
• Apply accessibility, performance, and usability best practices
• Convert designs into reusable, maintainable frontend components
• Drupal & Web Asset Structuring
• Structure, maintain, and evolve enterprise level Drupal websites and web properties
• Design easy content models and layouts to support multiple stakeholders and use cases
• Ensure consistency, governance, and reusability across all Jade web assets
• Support long-term scalability of content, campaigns, and serviceline pages

JavaScript & Enhancements

• Use JavaScript for UI interactions, dynamic behavior, and performance improvements
• Support integrations with analytics, forms, marketing automation, and tracking tools
• Marketing & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with performance marketing, service line leaders, sales heads, designers, content writers, events, and HR teams
• Support marketing initiatives across websites, landing pages, campaign assets, event microsites, and employer branding properties
• Ensure web structures support SEO, CRO, analytics, and demand generation goals
• Optimization & Governance Improve usability, navigation, and information architecture across web properties
• Maintain documentation for website structure, components, and best practices
• Recommend improvements to enhance scalability, maintainability, and performance

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript as core strengths.
• Acquia certified in Drupal development (Drupal 8/9/10).
• Experience handling enterprise IT MNC websites or multiple web properties.
• Strong hands-on experience with Drupal theming, layouts, and content structuring.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, backend content models, and information hierarchy.
• Experience managing multiple web assets or digital properties with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SEO, CRO,, and performance marketing tools.
• Exposure to component-based design systems and Drupal layout builders.
• Experience in Agile or fast-paced environments.
• Strong frontend fundamentals with an enterprise mindset.
• Ability to structure and scale complex web ecosystems.
• Ownership mindset across multiple digital properties.
• Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
