Job Description: Senior Web Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to lead the technical evolution of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will take ownership of web projects from architecture to deployment, ensuring scalable, high-performance, and visually stunning websites and applications.

You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, marketers, and backend engineers to deliver cutting-edge web experiences that support Providents business goals. This role demands technical excellence, creative problem-solving, and optimizing workflows.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of responsive websites and web applications.
• Translate complex Figma designs into scalable, pixel-perfect front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Next.js.
• Develop backend functionalities using Node.js or PHP, including RESTful API integrations and data management.
• Architect efficient, secure, and modular codebases following best practices and code review standards.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce consistent development guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, CRM, automation) to enhance web capabilities and system integrations.
• Optimize website speed, SEO performance, and Core Web Vitals to achieve a superior user experience and ranking.
• Implement modern styling systems (Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, SCSS) and maintain design consistency across platforms.
• Manage CMS platforms and perform advanced theme customizations.
• Ensure data flow and synchronization with CRM, email automation, and analytics systems.
• Monitor site performance, debug complex issues, and continuously improve security and reliability.
• - Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end frameworks, backend technologies, and DevOps practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, preferably in real estate or marketing industries.
• Advanced expertise in front-end frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Express, or PHP (Laravel/WordPress).
• Proficient in integrating RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
• Experience with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud deployments (AWS, Vercel, DigitalOcean).
• Knowledge of Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in agile, collaborative environments.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with motion libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP) and micro-interactions.
• Understanding of SEO optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, or Hotjar.
