We are seeking a Senior Web Developer who combines expert-level technical execution with a disciplined approach to code quality. At Throttll, you will lead the development of high-performance web applications, ensuring that every line of codefrom complex backend logic to the finest CSS detailis optimized for scalability, accessibility, and speed.

You will be a key player in bridging the gap between sophisticated design and robust functionality, maintaining a "pixel-perfect" standard while managing large-scale data integrations and modern web architectures.

• Semantic Architecture: Build web structures using strictly semantic HTML5 to maximize SEO, document clarity, and screen-reader accessibility.
• Scalable Styling: Architect maintainable CSS using methodologies like BEM or Tailwind CSS. Ensure all styles are modular, DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself), and high-performing.
• Core Web Vitals: Optimize the critical rendering path to ensure lightning-fast load times and smooth visual stability (CLS).

• Application Logic: Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, Python, or PHP, with a focus on secure data handling.
• Data Management: Expertly manage database schemas and perform complex data operations (similar to cleaning, splitting, and deduplicating large contact lists).
• API Integration: Connect front-end interfaces with internal and 3rd-party services (CRMs, Payment Gateways, and Marketing CMS) via REST or GraphQL.

• Technical Mentorship: Lead code reviews to enforce strict standards for HTML/CSS quality and backend efficiency.
• Design-to-Code Integrity: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure that specific brand requirements (e.g., precise hex codes like #E25BC5) are implemented accurately across all components.
• Innovation: Implement AI-assisted coding tools to increase team velocity without compromising on manual code review and security.

• Expertise in HTML5 & CSS3: Deep understanding of Flexbox, CSS Grid, animations, and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• JavaScript Mastery: Expert knowledge of ES6+ and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and server-side frameworks.
• Performance Tools: Proficiency with Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, and Webpack for performance auditing and asset optimization.
• Version Control: Advanced Git workflow experience (Branching, Merging, Pull Requests).

• Data-Oriented: A background in handling CSV/Excel data imports and CMS integrations.
• SEO & Marketing Aware: Knowledge of how web architecture impacts digital marketing and SEO performance.
• Fintech/SaaS Experience: Previous experience building secure, data-heavy dashboards or streaming services.
