Jaipuria Silk Mills Pvt Ltd is a 100% Export Oriented Unit, located at Attibele, Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka, India. We have 36 Somet Dobby and Jacquard looms + Metex Velvet Weaving machines.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Weave Designer, located in Bangalore Rural. The Senior Weave Designer will be responsible for designing intricate weaving patterns, developing prototypes, ensuring product quality, and working collaboratively with clients and production teams. The individual will also stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in weaving techniques, pattern design, and textile technology
• Proficiency in using design software and tools related to textile designing
• Ability to conduct and apply research on current fabric trends and techniques
• Proven skills in quality inspection, attention to detail, and creative innovation
• Minimum 7-10 years experience in the textile or fabric industry is a must.
• Bachelors degree in Textile Design, Fashion, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to address production challenges
