Role Overview

This role is for senior RMs and wealth leaders from banks, broking, securities and wealth firms who already manage large HNI/UHNI portfolios and want to scale their practice through a differentiated, high-quality product ecosystem.

The role involves independent client onboarding and long-term relationship management.

Mandatory Criteria (Strict)

50 Cr+ AUM (current or prior)

50500 active HNI / UHNI relationships

Strong product knowledge & client lifecycle management

Compliance-driven, relationship-led approach

(Not suitable for candidates without an existing HNI client base)

Compensation

• Fixed CTC: 6 LPA 60 LPA (as per level & experience)
• Quarterly Performance incentives Upto 10 lacs best in the industry
• Quarterly appraisals
• No rigid earning caps for consistent performers
