Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Source and hire talent for VLSI/Semiconductor positions

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

Support business and client communications

Assist in recruitment operations and general HR activities

Provide major support for overseas hiring and operations

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to VLSI/Semiconductor hiring

Proven experience in sourcing and closing VLSI engineering roles

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with global/overseas teams
