Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualise and create high-impact static and motion creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Programmatic, etc.).
Translate briefs into visually persuasive concepts aligned with campaign objectives and performance insights.
Develop approach creatives, mood boards, and visual directions for ads, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
Collaborate with copywriters, media buyers, and strategists to produce assets optimised for audience targeting and platform requirements.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital creatives.
Review performance data with the media team and iterate creatives based on insights (A/B testing, audience behaviour, ad fatigue, etc.).
Oversee junior designers and provide design direction when required.
Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
Work cross-functionally with copywriters, performance strategists, account managers, and clients to align on goals, creative strategy, and brand direction.
Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
Help shape creative workflows and processes that improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Visualiser / Graphic Designer in digital, creative, or performance marketing agencies.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing digital ads and visually impactful design work.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and modern digital design trends.
Ability to design mobile-first and platform-specific creatives.
Experience in motion graphics and short-form video editing is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with performance metrics and how design affects campaign outcomes.
Good communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
