Role overview

We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer with strong expertise across visual design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and video editing. You will play a key role in shaping the brand identity and building engaging digital experiences that communicate our value to customers and stakeholders. This is a hands-on creative role with strategic impact - ideal for someone who blends design craft, storytelling, and system thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end creation of visual assets across web, product, marketing, and brand campaigns.

Design high-impact creatives, illustrations, social assets, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Own UI/UX design for web pages, microsites, landing pages, and digital experiences.

Produce motion graphics, explainer videos, demo videos, and product visuals.

Maintain and evolve the brand design system, visual guidelines, and component libraries.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

Ensure consistency, quality, and storytelling across all design outputs.

Optimise designs for performance, usability, and accessibility.

Manage projects end-to-end - from concept and wireframes to final delivery and handoff.

Required Skills & Experience

58 years of professional design experience in SaaS / product / digital environments.

Deep expertise in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, and Brand Systems.

Strong hands-on experience with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.

Proven portfolio across web design, marketing creatives, visual storytelling, and motion/video.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, grids, and design systems.

Experience creating product demos, explainer videos, and motion assets.

Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative, collaborative environments.

Good to have

Experience in B2B SaaS or technology/product companies.

Knowledge of 3D/animation tools (Blender, Cinema4D) or Lottie animations.

Experience with web workflows, handoff, and collaboration with developers.

Familiarity with marketing automation, campaigns, and growth design.
