Job Overview

The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for understanding a projects vision and translating it into thoughtful, distinctive design solutions in collaboration with internal teams. The role involves establishing and maintaining a strong visual design language while applying user-centred design principles to deliver high-quality static and motion visuals across platforms.

The candidate should demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, visualisation, and communication skills throughout the entire creative process, from enquiry to final delivery. A deep understanding of current technologies, AI tools, and design trends is essential, along with a willingness to innovate through digital platforms. Attention to detail, consistency in visual output, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning are key to success in this role.

What Youll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve targets and quality standards
• Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure timely delivery
• Work effectively in high-pressure environments and adapt quickly to tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
• Coordinate closely with Account Managers to ensure clear communication
• Drive process improvements and support team development
• Take ownership of results, risks, and decision-making

Youre the Right Fit If You:

• Diploma or Degree in Communication Design / Graphic Design / Applied Arts with a demonstrable inclination towards digital design
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in graphic design, motion graphics, layout, and typography
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills are mandatory
