Position :  Senior Visual Designer

Experience : 8 to 12 Years

Location - Pune (Hybrid)

Summary-

Deliver innovative eLearning products with rich graphics and animations, following visual and learning strategies. Collaborate with project teams, ensure timely completion, and participate in design phases and client discussions. Exhibit excellent decision-making and initiative, stay updated with eLearning trends, and continuously learn new tools and technologies.

Job Description-

• Delivers rich GUI and graphics, animations and inter-activities as per the visual strategy, learning strategy, storyboards, graphics descriptions & the pre-production brief.
• Craft, architect and visualize innovative and engaging eLearning products ranging from corporate,traditional, theme based to high-end courses (e.g., game-based modules).
• Involvement in the design phase of the project.-
• Works closely with project managers, team leads, team members and takes proactive action to ensure timely completion of  deliverables-
• Delivers the assigned tasks/projects in given efforts and timeline.-
• Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to exercise independent discretion and judgement.-
• Participate in client calls and discussions. Advise client on best approaches and solutions. Is able toshare client requirements with team.
• Works with the lead/Manager to set and improve processes within a project.-
• Takes initiative to stay tuned with current trends of design in eLearning-
• Adds new skills regularly by learning new tools or technologies in eLearning
