Senior Visual Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Visual Experience Designer who can independently drive high impact design initiatives while collaborating closely with cross functional partners across product, UX, engineering, and branding. In this role, you will demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, growing mastery of visual design craft, and the ability to influence design outcomes through clear storytelling, exceptional execution, and a deep understanding of how visual experiences shape product perception.

You will create cohesive visual languages and scalable design systems that elevate brand expression and ensure consistency across digital touchpoints. Your work will span concept development, mood boards, brand identity evolution, UI assets, prototyping, and style guide documentation. With a strong foundation in design methodologies and modern design tools, you will translate strategy into visually compelling solutions that enhance usability, delight users, and align with product goals

You will work in an iterative design process across discovery, prototyping, and validation, ensuring user needs are integrated throughout the development cycle.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:

Own High-quality Visual Design Across the Product

• Deliver exceptional UI design for complex agent driven marketplace workflows.
• Craft visually consistent, modern, and accessible interfaces across all surfaces (web, mobile, dashboards, agent views).

Design UI for Agent Interaction

• Create intuitive visual patterns for useragent interactions, including agent-initiated actions, task progress displays, autonomous decision surfaces, confidence indicators, or reasoning visualizations.
• Ensure visual clarity around AI autonomy and user control.

Build & Evolve a Scalable Design System

• Lead the creation and evolution of a system that supports AI/agent components, marketplace modules, and multirole experiences.
• Define component libraries, tokens, interaction patterns, visual guidelines, and motion rules.

Translate Complex Workflows into Clear Interfaces

• Simplify data dense interfaces (agent dashboards, marketplace analytics, task summaries) into usable visual layouts.

Collaborate Closely with Engineering & Product

• Provide detailed UI specs, redlines, and interaction guidance for engineering teams.
• Participate in design reviews, QA checks, and build alignment between design, PM, AI/ML, and engineering.
• Advocate for visual design quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop UI Prototypes to Communicate Interaction Patterns

• Produce pixel perfect UI mockups and interactive prototypes demonstrating agent recommendations, notifications and alerts, multimodal role interactions.
• Use prototyping tools to validate motion, transitions, and visual hierarchy.

Maintain a High Bar for Craft and Consistency

• Ensure visual alignment across features, teams, and workflow stages.
• Define and enforce visual standards for typography, layout grids, iconography, color systems, and motion.

Integrate Brand Identity into Product UI

• Translate product brand principles into UI visuals that feel cohesive and recognizable.
• Strengthen visual storytelling for agent driven features and marketplace value propositions.

Partner in User Research & Usability Testing

• Evaluate UI elements in user studies.
• Improve visual hierarchy and patterns based on insights.

Influence Visual Culture

• Provide guidance, critique, and feedback to UI/UX peers.
• Support design leadership in elevating visual excellence across the team

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in User experience design / Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent degrees or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience in complex product architecture, complex data visualization or UI design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable design-language systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual systems, and craft excellence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good To Have:

• Intent mapping, semantic discovery, orchestration design, UT, contextual content design, and adaptive affordance design methodology.
• Ability to articulate insights from data, user research and to drive visual experience and UI strategy design decisions.
• Ability to work and ideate in Blue Sky thinking / Innovative / New to the world product environments
