1. Very strong marketing and communication design for campaigns, launches, websites and product stories.
2. Portfolio with top tier visual craft in typography, layout, color and composition.
3. Strong skills in image making and editing compositing, photo treatment, textures and visual hacks.
4. Can dabble in motion design & video editing, micro interactions, reels and launch videos.
5. Bonus if they do illustration or have a distinct visual style, but execution quality is non negotiable.
6. Comfortable owning marketing sites and landing pages; Framer or similar tools experience is a strong plus.
7. Thinks like a brand owner responsible for consistent, premium visuals across all social and external touchpoints.
8. Kind, low ego, high ownership, ok with chaos; open to relocating to Dubai and must share a portfolio link before moving forward.
