This role is with Global SAAS company to Oversee Entire Engineering organization.

Provide strategic and technical direction for the development of company's applications and core platform.
Executing on the company's overall technology vision, strategy, and driving its development execution.
Help evolve and transition the engineering team to an AI-native development stack.
Drive the technical strategy, architecture, and innovation for the company's product suite
Leading and enhancing our product development process, agile methodology for the design, development, test and release of our products and features.
Collaborate as a leader to define the product roadmap. Working with product management to deliver the product as per defined roadmap.
Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
Communicating goals and executing within timelines, setting and managing expectations
Develop and maintain strong understanding of the company business domain business process, overall architecture and future direction.

What We're Looking For:

18+ years of experience managing Enterprise SaaS engineering teams. Previous senior leadership roles in engineering for high growth companies Team size of 150+.
Experience building enterprise SaaS applications with revenue of over $100M.
Experience leading to the development of successful products in an agile environment
Multi-tasking and capable of handling development of multiple product themes and projects simultaneously.
Driving technology vision, strategy and architecture.
Innovation in new technology areas and product capabilities.
Inspire others through conviction of clearly defined vision.
Previously managed, mentored and motivated engineering teams including senior engineering leaders and architects.
Experience working with large enterprise clients and internal Professional Services teams
Experience with a highly configured / customized SaaS application
Strong understanding of U.S. corporate culture, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global cross-functional teams.
Strong project and risk management skills with a proven record of delivering releases on time with High quality.
