  • Act as executive liaison presenting quarterly AI portfolio performance, strategic roadmaps, and impact analyses to the Board and senior leadership forums.
  • Curate and publish a fortnightly AI newsletter and maintain an interactive portal for use-case spotlights, metrics dashboards, and governance updates.
  • Represent BNY at industry conferences, thought-leadership panels, and internal innovation events to elevate our AI brand.
  • Define and sponsor a learning curriculum of workshops, playbooks, and digital tutorials covering AI fundamentals, MLOps practices, and change-management methodologies.
  • Oversee delivery of executive-level training sessions ensuring stakeholders understand both the technical underpinnings and business applications of AI solutions.
  • Partner with Finance and Analytics to set and track strategic KPIs such as adoption rates, model uptime, performance improvements, and cost efficiencies.
