About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in user experience design, visual design, and interaction design to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing for web and mobile applications , a deep understanding of user-centered design principles , and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

This role requires someone who can balance creative design thinking with practical implementation , advocate for the user, and confidently present design solutions to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience & Interaction Design

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes .
• Create intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns that enhance usability and user satisfaction.
• Apply user-centered design principles to solve complex problems across web and mobile platforms.

UI & Visual Design

• Design visually engaging and consistent interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution with strong attention to typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Prototyping & Tools

• Create interactive prototypes and design assets using Figma .
• Collaborate with developers by providing clear design specifications, assets, and guidelines.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Accessibility & Standards

• Design interfaces that meet ADA and accessibility standards (WCAG guidelines).
• Ensure designs are inclusive and usable for a diverse user base.
• Maintain awareness of current web and mobile UI standards , usability best practices, and emerging design trends.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Present design concepts, prototypes, and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
• Clearly articulate design decisions and advocate for user-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment .

Project & Time Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
• Quickly re-prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment without compromising design quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design roles.
• Proven UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
• High proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with developers.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of user-system interaction .
• Solid understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Knowledge of ADA / WCAG accessibility standards for digital design.
• Ability to confidently present and defend design solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) , or related field,
• OR equivalent professional experience.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience working in Agile development environments .
• Exposure to usability testing, user research methods, and data-driven design decisions.
• Experience contributing to or managing enterprise-level design systems.
