Senior UX Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:  
- Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the design process.
- Advocate for the user by promoting user-centered design principles across the organization.

Qualifications:  
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring and leading design teams is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
