Senior UX Developer

As a Senior UX Operations Analyst, you will be instrumental in optimizing the workflows, tools, and processes that support the UX teams efficiency and impact. You will act as a strategic enabler, ensuring that design operations run smoothly across multiple product streams. By aligning people, platforms, and priorities, you will help scale UX practices, foster collaboration, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable UX operational frameworks, including intake processes, design systems governance, and tooling strategies.
• Analyze and improve UX workflows, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for automation or enhancement.
• Manage and maintain UX documentation, repositories, and knowledge bases to ensure accessibility and consistency.
• Partner with UX leadership to track team metrics, OKRs, and performance indicators.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between UX, product, engineering, and business teams.
• Support resource planning, budgeting, and vendor management for UX-related initiatives.
• Lead the evaluation and onboarding of design and research tools, ensuring alignment with team needs and enterprise standards.
• Champion UX maturity and operational best practices across the organization through training, playbooks, and workshops.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX operations, design program management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of UX design and research processes, tools, and team dynamics.
• Experience with design systems, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Miro, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complexity.
• Experience working in agile environments and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with UX metrics and performance tracking methodologies is a plus.
