Senior UX Designer - WealthTech Platform

We help manage over $300 billion in assets serving 250+ investment and wealth managers, backed by a solid two decades track record.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and help us create intuitive, user-centric experiences for our clients. You will work closely with product managers, UI designers, developers and stakeholders to create engaging and efficient user experiences. You will be responsible for translating complex financial and investment management processes into intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces. Your designs will drive client satisfaction and engagement, making our platform an indispensable tool for wealth management professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand the needs of our target users, including investment managers, wealth managers and HNW families.
• Design and prototype seamless, intuitive, and responsive user experiences for complex investment and wealth management workflows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to gather feedback, ensuring designs meet user needs and solve real-world problems.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design ideas and user interactions.
• Ensure a cohesive user experience across various features, modules, and devices, while maintaining a consistent design language.
• Work with front end designers and developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the product vision and provides a smooth user experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitive products within the investment and wealth management space.

Desired skills

• 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably in the fintech, wealth management, or investment management sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex, data-driven products and user interfaces.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with the wealth management or investment management industry is a strong plus.
