Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital UI Lead to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable, secure, and highperformance web applications for a largescale Government program. The role demands strong handson Angular expertise, UI architecture ownership, and the ability to lead and mentor frontend teams while working closely with backend, security, and business stakeholders at the client location.

Key Responsibilities

UI Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Own endtoend UI architecture for enterprisescale Angular applications.
• Define frontend coding standards, folder structures, and reusable component strategies.
• Drive architectural decisions for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Review and approve UI design, code, and integration approaches.

Development & Handson Contribution

• Lead handson development using Angular (v14 and above), TypeScript, and RxJS.
• Design and develop modular, reusable, and responsive UI components.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Ensure smooth state management, reactive programming, and asynchronous data handling.

Performance Optimization

• Identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks.
• Implement lazy loading, AOT compilation, efficient change detection, and optimized rendering.
• Ensure fast load times and seamless user experience for hightraffic government portals.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure UI compliance with OWASP security standards.
• Implement secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and injection attacks.
• Work closely with security and audit teams for compliance, especially relevant to Government systems.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and guide UI developers and senior engineers.
• Coordinate with backend teams, architects, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement discussions, estimations, and technical planning sessions.
• Support UAT, production releases, and postdeployment issue resolution.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Angular: Version 14+ (Strong handson and architectural experience)
• TypeScript
• RxJS
• REST API integration
• UI Architecture & Design Patterns
• Performance Optimization
• OWASP & Secure UI Development

Good to Have Skills

• Experience in Government / PSU / Large Public Sector projects
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) for public platforms
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and frontend build optimizations
• Exposure to Microfrontend architecture (added advantage)

Education & Compliance Requirements

• Mandatory: BE / BTech / MCA
• Willingness to work 5 days WFO from Client Office
• Comfortable with Government project processes, documentation, and audits
• Ability to clear client background / compliance checks (if applicable)

Experience Requirement

• Overall experience: 8+ years in UI / Frontend development
• Minimum 23 years in a UI Lead / Technical Lead role
