Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer

We are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer for our client, a leading fintech product company specializing in investment management platforms.

Our client builds advanced software that automates the entire investment lifecycle including portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, trading, order management, tax optimization, and compliance. Their platform supports global wealth management firms handling large-scale assets.

Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will design sophisticated, data-intensive web business applications used by financial professionals.

This is not a graphic design role it is a product-focused, business application design role requiring strong UX thinking and front-end implementation skills.

You will own the design process end-to-end from concept to developer handoff and continuously improve the interface based on user feedback and product telemetry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, scalable user interfaces for complex web applications
• Translate business workflows into seamless user experiences
• Execute visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
• Implement responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams
• Continuously improve UI based on end-user feedback

Required Skills

• 45 years of experience in UI/UX for web-based business applications
• Strong experience with HTML5 & CSS3
• Experience with responsive design (Bootstrap / Material Design)
• Deep understanding of UX principles and design patterns
• Experience designing dashboards / enterprise / SaaS platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Good to Have

• JavaScript / jQuery (DOM manipulation)
• SASS / LESS
• Git or SVN
• Prototyping tools (Balsamiq, Visio, etc.)
• WordPress
