Senior User Experience Designer

Role: Senior Figma Designer

Experience: 4 7+ Years

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UI/UX design for web apps, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and websites
• Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Build, manage, and scale design systems and reusable component libraries
• Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and performance-optimized
• Use AI-based Figma workflows to improve speed and consistency
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Review junior designers work and provide mentorship
• Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms

Required Skills & Tools (Must-Have):

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Advanced Auto Layout
• Components & Variants
• Prototyping
• Figma AI & automation plugins
• Strong UX thinking and user-centered design approach
• Accessibility standards (WCAG) mandatory
• Strong understanding of performance-friendly UI design
• Excellent knowledge of responsive & cross-platform design
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS , and frontend handoff practices
• Strong graphic design skills (visual hierarchy, branding, typography)
• Experience working closely with development teams (React / modern UI frameworks understanding preferred)

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience designing AI-based products or dashboards
• Knowledge of motion design / micro-interactions
• Exposure to tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (basic)

General Notes:

• Strong portfolio with real-world projects is mandatory
• Experience in startup or agency environments is a plus
• Candidates should be comfortable working on scalable, production-ready digital products
