Senior User Experience Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 35 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, user empathy, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all platforms
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
• Experience with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (preferred)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
