About the Role

Were hiring a Senior Design Lead to own the experience of our B2B SaaS platform end to end. This is a hands-on, player-coach role focused on designing complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and the core product experiences our customers rely on daily.

Youll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to turn real customer problems into scalable solutions across onboarding, activation, core workflows, and expansion use cases. Your work will directly impact adoption, retention, and revenue.

What Youll Do

Youll work directly with our founders and team on the following:

• Own the end-to-end product design strategy across web and core platform experiences
• Lead UX research, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to shape roadmap and execution
• Present design direction to leadership and key stakeholders with clarity and conviction
• Mentor and grow designers; set a high bar for craft and speed

What Were Looking For

• 58+ years of product design experience
• Deep expertise in UX, UI, interaction design, and design systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments
• Fluency with Figma and modern design collaboration workflows
• Strong product thinking, user empathy, and decision-making under ambiguity
• Experience in B2B SaaS, data-heavy products, or AI-driven platforms is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills
