UX Designer (Product & Flow Design)

Were building a multi-role platform with real operational complexity

(customers, suppliers, drivers, admin).

This role is for designers who love untangling complexity .

• Explaining why a flow works

This role is for you.

This is not a visual UI role.

This is pure product and flow design .

What youll do

• Design end-to-end user journeys and flows
• Break complex backend logic into understandable UX
• Define decision points, states, and error paths
• Work closely with product and engineering teams
• Document UX logic clearly for UI designers

What youll work on

• Multi-supplier cart logic
• Pickup vs delivery vs scheduled delivery flows
• Supplier onboarding and permissions
• Order lifecycle and status transitions
• Approval-based workflows

What were looking for

• 3+ years of UX or product design experience
• Strong system and flow thinking
• Experience designing complex products , not just happy paths
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions
• Comfort working with constraints

Nice to have

• Marketplace, logistics, or B2B experience
• Experience with operational or admin tools
• Experience collaborating with backend teams
