Role Overview
- Act as a true extension of a US-based recruiting team
- Own outbound sourcing, pipeline building, and candidate engagement
- Apply strong technical hiring judgment for startup engineering roles
- Ensure high-quality, submission-ready candidates
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, SourceWhale, Clay, and similar sourcing tools
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of Technical Recruiting experience (startup/agency preferred)
- Experience supporting US-based recruiters or hiring managers
- Strong exposure to Frontend, Backend, Full-stack, Platform, and Mobile roles
- Proven success in passive sourcing & outbound outreach
- Excellent communication and ability to work in fast-paced environments
