Role Summary & KEY responsibilities

• You will support a fast-moving international data center expansion project as a Global Talent US Recruiter
• You will focus exclusively on front-end talent sourcing and candidate engagement
• Your KEY responsibility will be to build and pass qualified candidate shortlists to the US-based recruitment team
• The KEY tools you will be using will be: LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Boolean Search, ATS/CRM systems, Excel, Google Sheets.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in talent sourcing or recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Open to work in US business hours (India night shift) all FIVE days (Monday to Friday) from office.
