Senior US IT Recruiter

We are hiring an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for contract IT roles with U.S. clients (VMS and direct).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
• Recruit for IT roles including Development, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Middleware, Project Management, QA, Infrastructure, ERP, and more
• Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and referrals
• Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and priorities
• Submit high-quality candidate profiles with strong technical write-ups
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding
• Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 placements; strong knowledge of USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, and other work authorizations
• Maintain accurate and timely ATS documentation

Requirements

• 10+ years of US IT recruiting experience
• Experience working with VMS clients and direct client relationships
• Strong understanding of US employment types and tax terms
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience with ATS tools (Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
