Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for contract IT roles with U.S. clients (VMS and direct).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, qualifying, negotiating, and closing
- Recruit for IT roles including Development, Data, Cloud, DevOps, Middleware, Project Management, QA, Infrastructure, ERP, and more
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and referrals
- Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and priorities
- Submit high-quality candidate profiles with strong technical write-ups
- Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding
- Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 placements; strong knowledge of USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, and other work authorizations
- Maintain accurate and timely ATS documentation
Requirements
- 10+ years of US IT recruiting experience
- Experience working with VMS clients and direct client relationships
- Strong understanding of US employment types and tax terms
- Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with ATS tools (Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
