Role Summary:

Seeking a self-driven Senior US IT Recruiter with strong experience in US IT & Engineering staffing , focused on W2/1099 contractual hiring . The role involves end-to-end recruitment, direct client/implementation partner interaction, and placing US Citizens & Green Card holders .

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to closure)

Client & implementation partner coordination

Boolean search across Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn

Resume screening, ATS usage, and initial candidate evaluations

Interview coordination, feedback, and closures

Salary and contract negotiation (W2/1099)

Candidate engagement and follow-ups

Knowledge of US visas, employment laws, and hiring trends

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in CS / IT / MCA / BCA / B.Sc IT or related

47 years US IT recruitment experience (mandatory)

Proven W2 contractual hiring experience

Experience hiring US Citizens & Green Card holders

Strong US geography and time zone knowledge

Proficient in MS Office

Excellent verbal and written communication (mandatory)
