Location : Ahmedabad (Work from Office only)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong Business Analysis (BA) and documentation skills, along with a high-level understanding of web and mobile technologies. This role requires close collaboration with presales, business, and technical teams to gather requirements, create structured documentation, and design effective UI/UX solutions for client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supportrequirement gatheringsessions with clients and internal stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and convert them intoclear functional and design documentation
• Create and maintainrequirement documents, user flows, wireframes, and design specifications
• Design intuitive and engagingUI/UX solutions using Figmafor web and mobile platforms
• Preparepresales design artifacts, including mockups, prototypes, and concept designs
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and presales teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Identify design challenges and proposecreative, solution-oriented approaches
• Present design concepts and requirement documents to clients and stakeholders
• Maintain design standards, UI consistency, and documentation best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as aSenior UI/UX Designer
• StrongBusiness Analysis and documentation skills
• Ability to create clear and structuredrequirement gathering documents, BRDs, or functional specifications
• High-level understanding ofweb and mobile technologies, platforms, and constraints
• Hands-on expertise inFigma
• Working knowledge ofAdobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellentproblem-solvingandsolution-orientedthinking

Experience

• Agency experience is a strong plus minimum 4+ Years
• Prior experience in aservice-based companyis highly preferred
• Experience working on presales or client-facing engagements is an advantage

• Ability to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
