Senior UI Specialist

BCI~IT provides comprehensive technical consulting and implementation services for a wide variety of industries within the world of information technology. We currently have the following consulting opportunity open with our direct client located in Orange County, CA. We are seeking a talented, motivated, and hard-working Sr. UI Specialist to join our team. Must have a deep understanding and be technically sound on different Angular versions (7-18), familiar with AG Grid, React, TypeScript, Rich text editor library, UI/UX development. Must be able to work a schedule of blended hours timings of IST and PST (Pacific Standard Time). Ability to start immediately preferred. Not able to wait more than 30 days for person to start project.

Responsibilities:

• Development of new system components and enhancements to the existing codebase
• Direct interaction with business users to define, rollout, and support new platform features
• Detailed understanding of various aspects of business and operational processes
• Architecture, design, and coding; solving engineering challenges associated with large data processing volumes, complex calculation dependencies, horizontal compute scale vs centralized data storage, etc.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science required
• 3-8 years of hands-on UI/UX development with Angular versions (7-18), AG Grid, React (RxJs), NgRx, Rich text editor library, TypeScript, Figma, HTML5, CSS3
• 3-8 years of hands-on server application development experience in C# or Java
• Experience with WPF
• Experience in building distributed systems, multi-threading, and unit testing
• Working knowledge of data structures, design patterns & algorithms.
• Comfortable working within the Agile software development process
• Financial Industry experience is a plus, but not required if you are interested in learning the domain
• Excellent communication skills
