The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Senior Treasury Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic, global team and make a meaningful impact in the treasury function. In this role, you will be involved in:

• End-to-End Treasury Functions: Be part of small & agile Treasury team, taking on a broad range of responsibilities across the treasury operating model.
• Global Leadership: Drive global initiatives, supporting the implementation of banking services and treasury products, ensuring efficiency and alignment across regions.
• M&A Strategy Support: Contribute to portfolio management by integrating compliance programs into Solventum’ s future M&A strategy.
• Special Projects & Transition Services: Play a key role in transition services, integrating cash management services and optimizing related infrastructure.
• Process Automation & Reporting: Lead project teams to automate and streamline financial reporting, tools, and processes.
• Treasury Technology Expertise: Leverage your expertise in treasury systems (e.g., SAP, Kyriba, SWIFT, Power BI) to enhance processes and implement new solutions.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with global peers to develop and execute strategies that capitalize on emerging treasury innovations in the marketplace.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Treasury integration management
• Knowledge and experience on all aspects of Treasury and /or Treasury Operations, including using market leading Treasury management systems
• Experience supporting transformation of a global treasury organization, leveraging best practices and industry trends
• Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and escalate issues appropriately
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problems
