Senior Travel Host & Experience Curator

We design group holidays for senior and elderly travellers where joy, laughter, connection and care matter as much as the destination.

We are looking for a high-energy, warm, entertaining and emotionally intelligent individual who can light up a group , make strangers feel like family, and turn trips into lifelong memories.

This is not a traditional tour manager role .

This role is part host, entertainer, storyteller, anchor, motivator and memory-maker

• Keep the group actively engaged throughout the journey using:
• Stories, jokes, humour, quizzes, games & sing-alongs
• Ice-breakers and group bonding activities
• Encourage participation in:
• Dancing, light movement activities & celebrations
• Cultural evenings, birthdays & special moments
• Read the groups energy and adapt content for senior travellers with sensitivity.

• Make every guest feel seen, included and cared for
• Handle different personalities with patience and empathy
• Create a safe, fun, respectful and joyful group environment

• Capture:
• High-quality photos & short videos of guests
• Fun reels, moments, celebrations & candid memories
• Help guests feel comfortable on camera
• Support basic content needs for social media / marketing
