Role Description

Holiday Sales Experts (UK Travel Industry)

We are building a dynamic holiday sales team driven by results, customer delight, and unforgettable travel experiences. We are looking for ambitious holiday sales experts who can convert enquiries into bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound holiday enquiries via calls and emails into confirmed bookings
• Design, price, and sell customized end-to-end holiday packages tailored to customer needs
• Upsell and cross-sell flights, accommodations, and value-added services to maximize revenue
• Deliver exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and booking lifecycle
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements (Immediate joiners)

• 36 years of proven success in selling flights and holiday packages to UK clientele
• Excellent spoken English with strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Strong working knowledge of GDS (Amadeus preferred), airfares, and holiday package structuring
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for travel sales and experience delivery
