Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to team members during the transition period, including training and resource materials.
Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to monitor the success of transitions, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments based on outcomes.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of transition processes, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.
Compliance: Ensure that all transitions comply with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in transition management, project management, or change management roles for BFSI industry, with overall 12+ years of experience
Certifications: Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
