Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Transaction Manager. The Senior Transaction Manager will oversee lease conduct due diligence processes, perform financial analysis, and ensure efficient transaction management for commercial office space leasing. The role involves reviewing financial documents, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Financial Analysis
Experience with Lease Administration and Due Diligence
Proficient in Finance-related tasks and calculations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
