Hiring: Regional Trainer Beauty Industry (Mandatory)

Location: Mumbai

Manager: Up to 18 LPA

Sr. Manager: Up to 27 LPA

Travel: Extensive (Multi-store training role)

We are looking for a high-energy Regional Trainer from the beauty industry (mandatory) who can lead a team and drive training excellence across multiple stores. This is a travelling role, ideal for someone who thrives on people development, brand training, and elevating customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & mentor the regional training team.

Conduct product, customer experience & soft skills training.

Ensure training consistency and adherence to brand standards.

Improve store performance through capability building.

Travel extensively for store visits, audits & training sessions.

Requirements

Beauty industry background is a must.

Strong leadership & team management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation & coaching abilities.

Willingness to travel frequently.
