We are seeking experienced IP lawyers to join our team in senior positions, specializing in Trademarks, Copyrights and Designs (covering strategies for protection, prosecution, oppositions, rectifications, cancellations, and enforcement).

Key Details:

• Experience: 5 to 6 years of IP domain expertise in the above-specified areas, preferably in an IP firm.

• Education: LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. is an added advantage).

• Responsibilities include:

oContribute to the teams strategy, consulting and practice requirements, independently and with minimum supervision;

oCoordinate with seniors and team members for managing work and client relationships;

oOversee the work of juniors and paralegals in the team; review juniors drafts and submissions being made to the Trademarks, Copyrights and Design Offices, and strategic email communications;

oSupervise assignment trackers to track and maintain timelines and deliverables;

oPrioritise assignments based on statutory timelines and client requirements;

oMake appearances before the respective IP Offices with confidence and ease.
