Amazon World Wide Grocery Store Tech is seeking an experienced and proven TPM to lead medium to large cross
- functional strategic initiatives that support WWGST strategic goals.
This is a unique opportunity for someone inspired by WWGST core values and is interested in Amazon’s high
- growth grocery business to bring their whole self to the role.
The Role: As a Technical Program Manager you will investigate solutions to complex problems, design solutions and work closely with the technical team to implement them.
You will play a leadership role by working closely with business teams, technical teams and operational teams alike.
You'll need to work well cross functionally, have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be able to operate successfully both strategically and tactically, and have a strong bias for action.
You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that’s higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving new problems.
You will encounter challenging, novel situations every day and given the size of this initiative, you’ll have the opportunity to work with multiple technical teams at Amazon in different locations.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
