Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Manual Testing TestNG Core Java Selenium and Automation. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software functionality.Provide detailed documentation of test results and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TestNG to streamline testing processes.Utilize Core Java skills to enhance and customize automation frameworks.Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability after updates and changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.Monitor and report on test progress providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.Mentor and guide junior testers sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools.Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Manual Testing TestNG Core Java Selenium and Automation.Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks.Have experience in Asset and Wealth Management (nice to have).Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Hold a relevant certification in software testing or automation (e.g. ISTQB Certified Selenium Professional).
