Sr. Test Engineer
Your role:

• Ensure on-time testing and meeting the weekly production commitments without any defects.
• Responsible for complete documentation, testing and troubleshooting activities
• Training the team: Learn and develop skills for product testing and troubleshooting
• Timely monitor temperature and humidity measurements on shopfloor / testing lead cells.
• Raise Quality notification in SAP for any NCMR, as per NCMR process and avoid line stoppages due to rejection of material.
• Apart from X-ray testing, do the electrical safety test, software installation, DVD burring and USB testing.
• Drive continuous improvement program by analysis on cost of non-quality (CoNQ) and  Identify wastes and opportunities though Lean manufacturing practices in the factory.
• Establish value stream baseline process to drive productivity improvement opportunities

1. Experience- 5-8yrs of industry Experience
2. Skills- Testing, Instruments handling, work as per the quality parameter, understand or knowledge of NABL standard.
3. Education- BE in any engineering
4. Anything else-

• HEALTH, SAFETY, & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Ensure proper compliance with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental, Regulatory and ISO requirements.
• Follow good documentation practice and zero defects in DHR compliance.
• Support to smooth implementation of changes proposed through change management
• Pro-active involvement in the daily management of production activities.
• Support to in-process Defect & escalation, formulate & lead continual Improvement Activities of product quality, shorten lead times and reduce costs
• Support PQ to Reduce the FDR and DEFOA
• QMS adherence & Ensure the readiness for Regulatory approvals(for e.g.ISO13485,FDA,PH,ISO14001/18001etc)
