Mandatory hard and soft Skills:

• You can understand software modules' architecture as well as the overall solution architecture.
• You can review requirements, design artifacts for ambiguity, and design medium to complex test cases to verify functionality and performance.
• You can create functional and non-functional test cases from product requirements.
• You can create a test plan to meet OTD and Customer expectations.
• You can report the progress and the status of a test session.
• Analyze logs and databases
• Build generic and customized setups, HW, and SW
• You can classify a SW defect
• You have been exposed to Agile and Scaled methodologies with the Scrum implementation.
• You are a technical thinker with experience working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and ensuring acceptance criteria are properly added to each story.
• You have been exposed to Jira or related software testing tools.
• You have experience with Zephyr or a related test management tool.
• You have been exposed to OS in the matter of bash command line creation/execution
• You can interact with internal customers, understand their pain points, devise solutions, and engage in customer training.
• You have a great quality of oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at various levels of the organization.
• You are a self-organized resource as well as a team player with great collaboration capabilities.
• You have the problem-solving capability in straightforward situations, where you analyze possible solutions using technical experience and judgment as well as precedent

What you will do:

Design, develop, and maintain tests at different levels of testing based on user stories, use cases, other requirements sources, technical specifications, and non-functional requirements.

Execute testing on new features, as well as regression testing and confirmation testing.

• Track, report, and analyze software defects to resolve problems.
• Working with developers, product managers, and other testers to ensure software quality.
• Identifying, reporting, and tracking defects using defect tracking tools.
