This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Telecaller, based in Kolkata, with the flexibility for partial work from home. The Senior Telecaller will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining customer records, handling queries and providing responses in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the role involves following up with potential clients, resolving customer concerns, and achieving predefined sales and performance targets through effective communication. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers is a key focus of this role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Excellent telephone etiquette, active listening, and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in the interior design or home improvement industry is a bonus.
