- Speak with customers over phone calls to understand water problems such as hard water, sediment, scaling, odor, pressure issues, etc.
- Recommend appropriate Ionix filtration products based on customer needs and usage.
- Build trust and brand rapport with customers through clear product explanation and solution-based selling.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM for all calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order confirmation, dispatch, and customer updates.
- Maintain professionalism, product accuracy, and customer satisfaction at all times.
- 23 years of B2C Tele Sales experience (consumer products preferred).
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and convert inquiries into sales.
- Understanding of sales process, objection handling, and closing techniques .
- Comfortable speaking and understanding Hindi and English (basic English speaking is mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Excel (basic entries, tracking) and internet browsing .
- Ability to learn technical product details related to water filtration systems.
- Complete product training will be provided on Ionix filtration solutions.
- Training on sales scripts, customer need analysis, and CRM usage .
- Continuous support to improve conversion rates and product knowledge.
