Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive technical markets
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, tools, and frameworks (e.g., backend/frontend languages, cloud platforms)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems Dice, Monster, Ceipal, Job Diva Etc
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment
