Requirements

2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Proven success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive technical markets
Strong knowledge of technical roles, tools, and frameworks (e.g., backend/frontend languages, cloud platforms)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems Dice, Monster, Ceipal, Job Diva Etc
Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment
