Senior Technical Recruiter

We at Tundra Technical Solutions are looking for a passionate Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team to support one of our US-based product clients specializing in intelligent data infrastructure, cloud data services and data management solutions.

Experience: 5 8 Years

Location: Bangalore, WFO

Shift: General Shift

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT Contract & C2H roles (Domestic market)

Manage direct client interactions and act as a single point of contact

Understand client hiring needs, priorities and delivery expectations

Work on multiple IT technologies and skill sets

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and ATS

Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews as per client requirements

Manage interview scheduling, feedback loops and offer discussions

Ensure strong candidate engagement and smooth hiring lifecycle

Provide regular pipeline updates, reports and market insights to clients

Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS

Required Skills:

58 years of IT recruitment experience (Domestic market)

Strong experience in Contract and C2H hiring

Exposure to multiple IT domains (Infrastructure, Storage, Development, Cloud, Data, etc.)

Experience handling direct clients and stakeholder management

Strong sourcing and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
