Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for various technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, a good understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.


Location: Noida / Jaipur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Mode: On-site

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiation, and closure).
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, networking channels, and employee referrals.
  • C2H hiring experience is mandatory.
  • Review technical resumes and evaluate candidates skill sets and experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate records.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market insights related to IT hiring.


Required Skills & Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed , etc.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies such as ServiceNow, Data Engineering, Data Scientist, Salesforce, DevOps, QA , etc.
  • Experience recruiting for candidates with hands-on exposure to various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, etc. ( Mandatory )
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.


Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience in technical screening.
  • Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Ability to handle both bulk hiring and niche IT requirements.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Candidates must be open to working from Noida or Jaipur locations (on-site).
